The best way to replace the movement of the sun is to use a light mover in your indoor garden system. Grow lights lose
intensity the farther away your plants are. The only true way to to achive uniform light throughout your garden canopy is
to either move all your plants or just move the light. Moving the plants all over your light space each day would be crazy
and would damage the plants in time. Light movers will give you the an easy and affordable way to spread even light
around your garden.

How Do You Choose a Light mover
The size of your garden area determines the type of light mover you will need. Only choose a light rail that will fit easily in
your garden, allow extra room at the ends. A 3' rail will need more than three feet of space across because the light is
usually attached to the rail at the midpoint of the light reflector. You should allow for the reflector assembly to extend
past the end of the rail when it is at fully extended. If you are not sure ask the manufacture, or choose the smaller
system and expand it later with extension rails. It is far easier to grow the system if you have extra room than it will be to
shrink the system in a small growing area.
The travel speed and frequency of the mover's cycle is preset, depending on which model you go with. Some
advanced systems will allow you the to adjust the travel distance or time of the light mover cycle. Check the movers
specifications carefully before choosing a system, especially if your plants have specific light cycle requirements.
Light Movers use chains and pulleys, not a good choice if noise is a problem. Other systems are operated by drive
motors. These are quieter, but are usually expensive but worth it.
